Yesterday won’t be logged into my food diary lol. Complete write-off. Ah well...Everyone has to have an occasional cheat day. Back on the wagon this morning. This is why I don’t weigh myself every day. Once a week gives a more accurate picture 👍

I’m learning to do that lol or at least not enter a weight unless it’s a loss

Yes, I think it’s unwise to weigh oneself everyday. It could easily spiral into an obsession. I think it’s more satisfying to do it once a week, as you’re more likely to see favourable results. I’m probably up a few ounces just from all of the beer that I drank this weekend, but i’ll never know because it will be gone by the time I get on the scale again lol!

Yep...I may weigh myself off and on during the week...but I only record my weight on my weigh-day good, bad, or indifferent. Who am I kidding if I jump on the scale in mid-week, find I've had a loss and record that number, only to find out on my weigh-day (Sunday) that it's not a loss. Be true to yourself is how I look at it.
