Well I couldn't stay away from the gym today! It was supposed to be my off day and I had to go! Got in a great chest workout with one of my old players that I used to coach and 15 min of cardio on the elliptical. I feel great...off to shower! Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
Also went to the Indy Zoo today with the family. I would say I got plenty of walking in there too!
