Just returned from 3 weeks in NJ with new grandson, Lucas! Did not watch diet very carefully and could not get out of house without a car, so overdid the bread, pizza and hotdogs.
Now that I am home will start tracking and walking daily to get back on track.
Also had a UTI while in NJ which did not help.
