I will do :) I have had to cut out all my chocolate eating habits and crisps and cakes etc lol but it’s been very worth it :) never have I ever had this much determination and I suffer with pcos. I started dieting in may2018 this is 4 months and a big drop. I also portion my food as well. It’s effort to do but I have pushed myself to keep going and it helps with all the positive people around me :) xx
