OK So its my big 40 in April, one of my main motivators for doing this programme this time around. And yes I was a bit slow in getting started. I did start last year and lost 28 lbs but went on holiday then lost the motivation. However, back to the present day. I am setting myself a target of being under 200 by my birthday which is 5 weeks today. Its a bit of a tough call cos it means loosing at least 2lbs per week but with the support from all you lot out there im sure i can do it!
So here it goes i will weigh in tomorrow then i will change to a Sunday weigh in til the big day.
