This is basically a recap of this past week. It's been a unusual week. I only made it to the gym one day this week which gave my body some much needed recovery time. This week I have experienced smaller weight fluctuations. Yesterday was a lift day, I ate 100% to goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged
