Well the scale in SLOWWWWWLLYY going dowm, it was down 0.2 to 130 even today. Why couldn't have been just 0.1 more so I could see than 129?? RR.. Maybe tommorrow. I am being rather naughty today on eating healthy. I had Golden grahams for breakfast, a mini ice cream sandwich for 10:00 snackand at lunch I had a thin mint girl scout cookie crumbled up with 1/4 cup ice cream and a Sugar free pudding with cool whip. Naughty. I'm ok on calories but I have already had almost half my fat for the day, I need to be careful. Brocolli and celery for afternoon snack to even it out! I did Pilates this morning, but I need to do more today, I haven't been sweating enough the last couple days. Did I tell ya'll we had like 6 inches of snow?? In Texas mind you!! That is nuts in March! Kaelyn wanted to go play in it so bad but she doesn't have a snow suit. I felt bad but she just got over being sick, no sense in tempting fate.
