Very please with myself. Went out to a 'party plan' event last night. This one is for the Pampered Chef, i had never heard of it before. Anyway the girl does a demonstration of the cookware etc then at the end of the night you get to test the wares and buy the cookware,pots etc. Most of the stuff she made looked lovely but was loaded with calories! I had a little taste of the lentil soup and a glass of apple juice!! Normally i would get stuck in! I avoided the crisps and dips that were out for grabs too! However i did spend £58 on cooking stuff but at least it is stuff we will use lots. Been out walking this morning at 7.30am, a tad early but one of the girls had to get going womewehere for the day. We walked about 6 miles(1 and 1/2 hours). Still having problems with socks and blisters but have discovered compeed so that is making a difference.
Oh yeah had the tikka masala aubergine last night for tea and it was delicious. even hubby didnt complain!
Still jumping on the scales on a daily basis, I know i shouldnt but i cant help it. This week is looking on track for a 2lb loss. Good, good. I had best get on with some housework! Hmmmmmm
