I have no idea what's going on with my body. I was dropping crazy amounts of weight every day for the whole week. Then I plateaued for two days and over-night I gained 5 lbs. I was so looking forward to being in the 160's again. I also took a free-day yesterday (which was a mistake). I guess I should take this a sign to kick it into high-gear and start working out. I need to get control of this!
