I AM SO TIRED OF BEING FAT! YEP I SAID IT! NOT OVERWEIGHT! NOT BIG BONED! NOT PLUS SIZE BUT FAT DARNIT! UGGHHH! MY ADDICTION TO BAD FOODS HAS got to change for the sake of my health and every day movement. It's bad when you can feel the weight you are carrying when you move. No need to cry about it -time to be about it and I'm about to start detoxing and cleansing the old and bad out and intake some fresh and new!

What helps me to not eat things I shouldn't is that I HATE the food. I bring up feelings of hatred toward the food. When you hate something, truly hate it, you will move away from it. So, next time you pass your favorite fast food place or a box of whatever it is that is bad for you and has empty calories - say it out loud - I hate that place or that food (name it like Donuts) and everything about that place (or the food). Bring up real feelings of hate - that might help you - it helps me...most of the time :)
