Started weight watchers last week. So far it’s going good. I’m not feeling hungry at the end of the day. I just have to force myself to meal plan.

I’ve been doing both too. I’ve been horrible thought sticking to eating well. I think I’m emotional eating with my hubby working out of town so much. Good luck 🍀

Plan a specific day for your meal planning. I always do Tuesdays and let Mondays be a frozen meal(Steamable bagged veggies). Additionally, if you can't meal plan, make it a priority that you get fresh veggies and fruits you pick up and go with.
