I plateaued for a week there; bit of hormonal pms no-funness. But I've made this a way of life, habitual and second nature. I went by the doctors' offices this afternoon to get some meds refilled, and it was noticeable. One of the nurses even assumed I'd had gastric bypass! This, by the way, marks my mini-goal. When I weighed at the nutritionist's office on Feb 23, I weight 239.4. 10% of my total body weight gone later, I'm at 215! In 15 pounds, I'll be at 200, and lighter than I've been in 6 years. And the fact that even when I plateaued, I never yoyoed much at all, and it rolled right back off tells me I'm going to be FINE.
I even fit into my "skinny" jeans (though I need to cover the waist) and I know it's just a matter of time before they're not "skinny" anymore!
