키와 몸무게 따라 다르겠죠?? 전 171인데 28이었는데, 요가를 한뒤 0.5정도 줄었어요. 전 체중보다 허리 몇인치보다 근육이 더 중요한거 같아요^^ 저 근육이 늘어서 체중은 쪘지만, 사이즈는 줄었거든여ㅋㅋ
