This website and everyone on it is about the best thing ever!!!!

I've not been here for a few days and guess what?????

Not much if any of a Weight loss.... I'm a bit frustrated but then

it's up to me to make the committment,
it's up to me to make the effort,
it's up to me to make the food and
it's up to me to stop putting foods not on the Induction list in my gob!!!!

So I'm gonna keep this on and record everything and if I'm tempted then come here and vent, moan and find inspiration in everyone else x x
