I want to thank everyone for your kind comments and compliments. It's been a long time coming with many ups and downs but I finally made it. Just got to make sure to stay on track and not deviate too much! Again, thank you. I will continue to use that secret to track my eating. When I track everything I eat, I'm fully aware, and it's a sense of security. Everyone that wishes to reach a particular goal just needs to stay motivated as much as possible and always understand that if you fall off the wagon you can always climb back on!
