The last three days I have seriously feasted. I'm at home with mom, doing all the soothing things. I've also kept up my exercise. Excited to get back to the gym routine and more salads, though lol. It's the first time that I've had a "setback" and not felt guilty or discouraged. Growth is occurring, y'all!! 😉
