Went to gym 4 times last week, about an hour each time. Rowed and did treadmill running, i rowed on avg about 10km per time. So 40km's last week.
I first went up to 101.5 and then down to 100kg. Now being just very careful what i eat as i feel its alot of work for what i am losing. But I feel better and i am just going to keep consistent. Went yesterday to gym and going today too.
Gonna try 5 times at gym this week. Took a photo of myself a few months ago and was roughly same weight. Maybe you can see difference.
