Today is SOO COLD!!! It's snowing in Texas!! It was 72 yesterday and it's 20 today! Craziness!
I love exercising. It always gives me such a lift.
Walking gets me motivated and determined to reach my destinations and goals, Kickboxing makes me feel powerful and gets any aggression or agitation out, lifting weights makes me feel strong, Pilates makes me feel graceful(although I'm the clumsiest person ever, lol), Dancing makes me smile and lighten up, Yoga makes me feel beautiful and calm. Couldn't decide what to do so I did little of everything! :)
