Been a so,so week. I have made good choices this week on what I ate this week. Just did not note it on food log. Having to deal with doctors this past week. What I thought was going to be a simple removal of this skin cancer is turning out to be more then first thought. I really do dislike HMOs. Now I have 2 different doctors working on this removal. Dealing with the referals and paperwork on this removal is wearing me out.

Hang in there. I hate HMO's. It's sad how our health system forgets the importance of "care" in health care. Part of taking care of yourself is to keep making those healthy choices. I hope everything falls into place get the care you need. I'll be keep good thoughts for you.
