Well I was up 1 1/2 pounds from yesterday. I did pretty good untill we went out. I only had one drink but I ate alot of nacho's with cheese and sour cream AND I shared a apple cheesecake with my fiance. I think I was retaining LOTS of fluid though today. I've been drinking water and tea like crazy and have already lost some weight from this AM. I really got to be more careful about my eating or I'll end up gaining weight again. I just cant wait till I start maitenence.
