So I decided to try a 5k again today on the treadmill. My favorite machine under the fan was being repaired, so got too hot and had to walk part, but made up for it by totaling 4 miles. Total time 56 minutes, 3.65 miles of it jogging for 49 minutes. Massive accomplishment for me!

Good job! I can't even imagine it at this point in my life. I will start walking this fall though, when it cools down, so maybe ... some day ...

Great job! I love the treadmill runs. But need to start running outdoors. Was at gym 5a this morning, 3.38 miles 38 min 5 min warm up n 5 min cool down. I use an app called C25K in 9 weeks (couch to 5k)
