Well even though my calories are low Im going up 0.2 pounds a day for the last couple of days (weighing in naked first thing in the am.) I think I have to start following the plan more closely and not eating so many carbs and salt. Hopefully I can keep my will power up and keep losing. I have so little weight to go that I just want to stabilization and maintence already!!!!

you really do need to eat all your allocated amounts. eating less is telling your body you are starving it, so it hangs on to it. try it you will lose again, when you eat more. sounds crazy but it's true. keep up the good work your weight history is looking great

Thanks. Ive been so busy and not alot of food in the house so I get stuck on not eating enought. Or not eating balanced meals. Ive got to pull my socks up a bit :)
