hey guys, today I've been eating fruit the whole day and I'm so afraid of gaining my weight, it was kinda unscheduled cheatmeal ( I've just eated almost a half of watermelon and during the day - 3 little pears, grape, 4 little plums and 1tsp of honey) I didn't want to eat this all food , exactlier I wanted, but I blame myself bcz of it. It's 1770 cal. (my deficit of ccal . is 1600, normal amount - 1900, but it's so fearful. how can I handle it?:(

if you didn't want to eat all the food, why did you?? need a fruit fix?? no matter, tomarrow is a new day and you can get back on track easily if you want to

Are you sure that your deficit is 1600? How much this program calculated you?

Program shows 1900 cal. I guess , I should substract 10-20 % and It's my deficit amount, isn't it? So it's around 1600-1700 cal

Kulerka, no program shows your deficit. If you put in your goals “losing weight” it means that program calculated your normal deficit. Bout if you want to maintain your weight, so you need to eat 2300-2400 calories
