Have managed to keep to a workout schedule so far...even though I was sick yesterday...and tonight is HIIT...probably gonna kick my ass, but a certain husband believes in me and that helps more than he'll ever know...I'm feeling pretty proud of myself and am determined to keep going. Also cut my recommended calorie allowance from 1400 to 1200 and it seems to be going well. ^^
