Weather terrible for this 'extra ' day! It has rained all day. Went to playgroup am then housework pm(that'lll use some calories!)
Again been drinking loads of water and a little grapefruit juice.

Took a sneak peek at the scales too and ive dropped 3 lbs since monday but im not going to record it cos it could all change by Mon!

Looking forward to my favourite meal tonight, fajetas, YUM! Try to cut the calorie count by decreasing chicken and increasing peppers/onions. Also use creme fraiche instead of soured cream. Will have a glass of wine too but will stick with just the one otherwise my willpower is drastically reduced!

Success for today- lots of water and sticking to the food plan for breakfast and lunch at least.
