So I have been MIA for a few days, mostly because I don't care to admit what has been going on around here, lol. I am pretty good at eating well and exercising most of the time, but once a month, things go a little sideways for a day or two.
In any case, I am back on track now, hopefully without too much damage to undo. Going to Muay Thai in about half an hour for a two hour class, and I intend to go tomorrow as well. I do need to find time to buy some food today, as we are out of veggies and down to one apple for fruit. I have a steampunk corset to make this weekend for a photo shoot tuesday, so it might be a bit of a squeak to get anything else done. I guess if worse comes to worst I can live on protein powder and frozen fruit for a few days.
