I'm soooo full. Not stuffed. I just don't want anything else to eat today. I couldn't finish all my supper. I have plans for a snack later, but I think all I can manage is maybe some sugar free jello and a cup of beef bullion.
I recalculated my recommended daily calorie intake. I know we don't actually count calories on Atkins, but I like to keep an eye on it. I'm at 14 grams of net carbs and like 63% of my RDI, even after adding in a snack for later. Well, we'll see what happens later in the evening.
