I had a panic attack this morning that landed me in urgent care. Nicest doctor I've ever met. came to the gym to do my usual treadmill hiking and biking, but ended up walking an hour then ran a mile in 14 minutes! SO FREAKING PROUD OF MYSELF that I had a moment of weakness and texted my ex that caused all of this stress to let him know I did it!!! He responded good job just take it easy don't push yourself too hard. But I know that this time I can do it. I'm on a roll!

So I'm just not going to respond again. He wanted this for 2 years, and I'm finally doing it, so he'll have to process that for himself... GO ME!
