Getting a little fed up with this diet, but still eating heathy, 3 cups of air popped popcorn since i havent eaten all day, less than 100 cals for this bowl or popcorn

not good to not eat all day love. even just some fruit or a biscuit 🍪 just stop ya body going into starvation mode. i know cos this happened to me. good luck n keep at it x

There are definitely better ways where you don't suffer. Do more homework and choose a more sustainable way of eating.

I've been pescetarian for a whole while before I even started to diet, and now I'm on a added sugar and dairy free diet.

Hargow, I hear this alot but I'm really busy in a day so it's hard to meal plan when there's so much to do
