I also started with that diet, on day 3 now. Im struggling a little bit and feel really tired...haven't been on the scale yet.

Just push through it will get better, I'm on day 4 today and have less cravings and not as hungry. Just very thirsty all the time and go to the loo all the time. To be honest I can't wait u till its done.
