So, my trainer flaked on me yesterday. We were supposed to have a 7pm session (a little late for me, but that was the only time he was available), but he called at about 6 to let me know he couldn't make it. We rescheduled for Thursday at 5. So last night for dinner I had Salmon, a huge salad, and chicken soup. A yummy, low cal dinner! After my Binge on Monday, I'm making sure I keep strict watch on how I eat. I did my exercise during commercials routine during The Biggest Loser. Goodness! For a 2 hour show, it felt like 30 minutes were just commercials! Maybe next time I'll use a stop watch so I can tell how many minutes of exercise I'm doing...

They say there are, on average, 20 minutes of commercials for an hour long show. So you probably did closer to 40 minutes of exercise! WOOOHOOO! Take THAT, Mr. Personal Trainer!!! You keep rockin' it girl! Sounds like you ate yummy, too. The "shock therapy" of the binge is working! GO RED GO!

At least one good thing about binge days (as long as they're every once in awhile) they sure can motivate you to start busting your a** again! Good job - I worked out during BL last night too!

That is so try about binge days, as they do give you a reality check and make you work harder. So good for you on the healthy eating and keep up the great work. :o)
