Ohhhh... I was soOOOooo bad yesterday!

Jimmy Dean's sausage bisquet for breakfast and from a vending machine, no less!

Donato's Pizza for dinner!?!?!?!

Today will be better! Have a happy diet!

We all slip up from time to time. The point is that your chart looks great. Keep up the good work.

getting right back on track is the key! Just don't give up and keep up with what you have been doing. You know what to do and your chart clearly shows you CAN do it! No problem! Mistakes are bound to happen but it's when you keep trying for success that you reach it!
