I haven't lost any weight, but I know I am doing better with eating wise. Low fat, low calorie, etc. Hubby's been helping a lot. I craved potatoes last night and he persuaded me to eat something healthy. Still had the craving up until this morning, but I ate a banana and it died down.

Cravings can mean that you are lacking something in vitamins, etc.. You just gotta figure out what, like mine is potassium. Mine regularly drops due to my health issues and I have to regularly try to keep it up or I'll get horrible cramps and such.
