I've bought something great! 0.4 grams of sugar and 58 calories for 4 segments of chocolate! i never eat 4 pieces to begin with!

Is it nice? Much of a difference to full fat?

Tracey, since I'm on a weight loss journey I've been strict with my calories and fat and carb intake, I haven't tried it yet but I'll let you know once I have, it's healthier to cut down on fat and sugar (which contains caffeine and flares up anxiety and panic)
