I've decided to weigh in ONCE per week, to not be obsessed about the scale. I feel great! WHo cares what the scale says. If I do the right things, over time, it will go down.

Yeah, I had to make myself do this too. Friday mornings for me so if there is a litte weekend foible I have the work week to get back in line. Good luck! You're right tht it doesn't matter what the scale says as much as how we feel and how much healthier we are getting. Have a good rest of the week.
