Today I meal prepped lots, all food is for my S.O. and I. I cooked chicken breast, quinoa and broccoli. They are kept in separate containers so it’s scoop and go! We have different dietary needs and wants so, for example, I’ll likely bring have a small amount of quinoa, my average amount of chicken, and lots of broccoli while his plate may look different. I also have this amazing, healthy turkey chili in the crockpot for our lunches. Plus black bean brownies for dessert! And cut of veggies to snack on. Feels so good! I won’t have to cook all week! The amount of dishes wasn’t too crazy either. So worth it! More time to work on house stuff and exercise :) first meal prep for the week ever, complete.
