AAAAHHHH!!!! I had an absolute binge last night. It was awful. :( I went to McDonald's and had a Fish sandwich, and nuggets AND french fries. It's because yesterday was a hard day at work, we were so busy that I ate breakfast, and skipped my 10 o'clock snack, noon lunch, 2 o'clock snack and 4 o'clock snack...I went to the gym, but it was like I was running on fumes. I had a hard time making it through my workout. I just hate that I put all of that junk in my body.

I try to think of binges like shock therapy. Focus on the pain they cause, both physical and emotional, and the fact that the "bad" food is what caused it. That way, the next time you look at a fish sandwich, nuggets and fries you will begin to feel an aversion! It seems to help over time. Today is a new day. You can do better! Have a Terrific Tuesday!

Aw, we all have bad days and I'm sure you were starving by the time you got to eat, hence why you landed up going on that little binge session in the first place. But hey, all the gym work that you've been doing you have probably earned some of those calories and that fact that you didn't eat all the rest of the day, it probably wasn't as bad as you imagine. I know what you mean though about junk food, as I get annoyed with myself if I eat something like that too and don't even enjoy really either! So it's like... arghhh... why did I do that?!! But I guess we learn lessons through our mistakes and then are less likely to do it another time. As, Evelyn said though... today is a new day, so you can get back into high gear again and be back zooming down that track! ;o)
