Well, this is a journey that I have been on most of my life. Every time, I say this is it for real or I will begin tomorrow but some how, some way tomorrow never comes. It has been many, many years since I have been even close to where I want to be. I always seem to have some excuse as to why I do not have to follow through with my plans. I am really tired of this way of life, I want so badly to not have to by anything from the fat side of the store or just the fat store. How, well I hope with the help of the internet, my family and mostly myself. I am going to have to change my mind set and get with this. So, I am asking for my desired weight, I am believing that it will happen and I am working towards receiving my goals.
