130/79 w/49 BG 108. Not bad! I had a banana and half avocado, part of a salad. Then for lunch Chinese buffet and dinner the rest of the big salad w/noodles and sauce and bedtime snack a slice of pumpernickel w/peanut butter and sugar free jelly. Today is my husband and my anniversary of 38 years! I not only love him but I still like him very much! He is the best thing that ever happened to me, really.
