I bought some of that glocomanan powder and made those low carb/calorie noodles! I just used some marinara sauce from a jar and it was very good! The pasta is just a high fiber filler but I made a very nutritious salad to go with it! I really enjoyed it. Only 2 tablespoons of the powder makes a huge serving (supposed to be 2 servings 😮). I've never been a one serving kinda girl! I heard about this guy that only ate this pasta and lost a lot of weight too quick and his skin was hanging! I'm not wanting to loose weight that fast and I also want to eat nutritious along the way. They sell the noodles (Shiritaki noodles) at Walmart already made, but I decided to make my own! Check them out!
