I need to kick it in high gear, I have been getting lazy about what I pack for lunches to take to work. I grab what is easy like chips and salsa. Which is not too unhealty considering it's corn chips and veggies but the sodium content could kill me alone. BUT it's SOOOO good! I am finding too that I am starving by the time Iget home and over eat at dinner time plus have a snack before bed time. I need to start packing my lunch again, tomorrow is the day for packing good ole yummy foods, also need to get back to making breakfast too. I used to make eggs for breakfast every morning, now I've skipped onto kashi cereal and milk, It's quicker to make when I'm in a pinch. It's trying to find time to accomplish the daily tasks and eat healthy. SO I'm making a new daily rountine and hope to stick too it. Updates in the journal of how it goes soon.
