Good day!
Did my big walk today. 8 miles done in 2 hrs 4mins. Was hoping to beat the 2 hr time but too much talking going on! Have ate well. Enjoyed my bacon buttie this morning and didnt want a 2nd one! About to go and have some homemade soup for dinner and no alcohol tonight. After the last two days with Mum anD Dad here there was too much alcohol consumed and it definitely slows down my weight loss.
Got meeting in Edinburgh tomorrow and no control over lunch so it will be interesting to see what we get. Will try to drink lots of water but its a bit of a drive to consider also.

So on balance a good weekend on all fronts.
