7/19/2018 Since turning total vegan (on May 5th, 2018), I’ve lately noticing that my memory is definitely better! On both important things or little things, but not names (I’m 74). My mind and thinking is noticeably clearer, I have more mental and physical energy, more upbeat attitude, memory of things I notice are instant if they remind me of something I need or want to do that’s related. Whereas before it seemed my mind would sometimes just stop, and I’d puzzle why, and perhaps slowly realized I need to address a related issue. My Doctor said it was related to my diet, but frankly I found that hard to believe. But now, looks like he's right.
