The weekend, an arch enemy, was a bust BUT I had a great weekend and would not take any of it back. Got to watch the boxing game on Saturday night with fam while eating 4 nice slices of pizza and diet soda, and Sunday had a movie day while eating carryout food. Although I went completely off the medifast diet, It is monday, the startover day. Had to revisit the reasons I am doing this as well as my husband and start over with doing Medifast the RIGHT way. I look forward to the weight loss results this Friday.
