This will sound crazy but I went an entire day with no WINE! I have had at least a glass every night for months. This is empty calories, tasty though it is. I am making an effort to avoid all alcohol for several days. Yes folks it sounds like I have a drinking problem or do I?

Hit it hard at the gym this morning, wearing my bodybugg, new workout gear from Under Armour. I am feeling good!
