Hmm, jsut logging in yesterdays food and drink. Boy did i clock up a lot of claories on the alcohol front. My excuse is my parents are here for the weekend!! Did get out for a quick, brisk walk this morning and have a big walk planned for tomorrow. So hopefully i can even out the calorie scores.
