Lavinnia's Journal, 03 May 10

I had a rough night w/ my RA. Storms moving in and out all around me makes for extra aches and pains. I don't know if it was because of the pain, or because my body is so grateful to be relieved of the excess carbs, but my blood sugar kept dipping down into the 70s. I know that's not technically hypoglycemic, but I'm symptomatic at around 100.

I'll decrease my long acting insulin a little more today.

I just wanted to say, I am sending up to prayers for you and let you know that this will pass. I don't really know much about RA, but could some light stretching help..I have a few back problems and I just lay on my bed and just try to stretch a little bit. Have a great rest of the day....
