I hiked the Tuckermans trail on Mt. Washington this weekend with my boyfriend and my dad. We planned on skiing the bowl but there was too high an avalanche danger so we skiied hillmans highway instead. This is basically an all day hike plus my pack weighed 30 pounds with skiis and all so I burned alot of calories. Good way to kick start a healthier month of May. Im hoping to finally start taking this seriously and lose some weight!! Quit talking and start doing. School will be out, so I will have plently of free time on my hands to get to the gym. Still need to work on the fat intake and up the protein intake.
