I have always done once a week but it's too interactive in here so I tend to do it more so I can chat. In my other app I only log the Saturday weigh in as that is the "real" one.

I used to weigh weekly, but now weigh in daily and I'm finding I am more focussed with a daily weigh in. it allows me to make little adjustments and see what food groups aren't so scales friendly x

I think that weekly gives you a better overall picture. Daily fluctuations could be down to a number of other factors that don't necessarily include what you've eaten.

My recommendation is once a week.
(Unless you're planning on entering a competition, where daily measurements are needed)
Daily measurements are affected by water and the amount of carbs you're body is retaining.

weight every day so you can see you weight go up and down naturally. you will find you could gain a few pounds one day and then lose a little but if you keep a log you will see you lose weight over time.

I weigh and log daily but keep a moving average using the happyscales app. That way I see the fluctuations and the trend.

Daily on smart scales so that it syncs with Apple Health. Always the same time in the morning, before breakfast. Keeping an eye on the general trend and not thinking much of short term fluctuations!
