OMG! Working out everyday AND eating better and I am STILL not losing weight! My clothes fit better so I am hoping that I am gaining muscle and losing fat. I could live with that!
114.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
